If your child has a fever of 100.3 or above, sore throat, cough, congestion or any other signs of illness within 24 hours of class they are asked not to come to Kartwheel Kids. Students and families are asked to follow the CDC guidelines with regards to quarantine and isolation COVID-19 regulations.
Parents may view our program from the lobby area. There are NO parents or siblings allowed in the gym area (exception: Move with Me). The staff at Kartwheel Kids asks that there is no talking, coaching or re-directing your child during their class. It is important for the children to focus on their class and instructor. This is for the safety of the students. Bathroom facilities for non class members are located in the common area at 34 Hayden Rowe.
Athletic attire is required. It is recommended that gymnastics students wear a leotard or fitted lycra clothing. Socks and footed tights are prohibited for all programs. Hair must be tied back off the face for both boys and girls. Bracelets, necklaces and wrist workout devices are prohibited. Medical jewelry and stud earrings are allowed.
There is no food allowed in the gym or viewing areas. A scheduled water break will be offered to all programs.l have scheduled water breaks. Students are recommended to bring a water bottle to classs.
Parking is available in the front of the building.
In general when the Hopkinton Public Schools are closed due to poor weather conditions Kartwheel Kids opens at noon. Updated alert emails will be sent. If the weather is poor all day please check the website for continued updates. We will do our best to reschedule canceled classes however this is not guaranteed.
